Happy New Years to all of you and I hope its a great year for all. Old man winter is getting ready to visit Atlanta this week and we are expecting temperatures to be in the low teens. Make sure you leave your heat on, faucets dripping and cabinet doors open to help prevent your pipes from freezing. All out door faucets should be protected with insulated covers or something to keep them insulated and all hoses disconnected. Last year we had over 60 homes end up with busted pipes due to some of the hard freezes, so make sure we take all precautions to protect your homes. Nothing worse than to have your house flood out and damage caused to the property and your personal belongings, so lets think ahead and be proactive.
