and Inventory Down

Georgia housing market indicators for March :

Median Prices rose 15% to $152,981
Average Prices rose 13% to $195,343
New Listings increased 11%
Pending Sales increased 30%
Closed Sales decreased 3%
Inventory Levels shrank 2% to 39,635
Months Supply of Homes for Sale decreased 5%
Days on Market decreased 7% to 82 days
Percent of Original Price Received decreased .8% to 93.8%
